Medical Safety Week Campaign to Prevent Medication Errors
Organized and supported by the Iraqi Ministry of Health, the Iraqi Pharmacovigilance Center, and the Uppsala Monitoring Center, and sponsored by Adra Company, this awareness campaign runs for a week, focusing on the importance of correct medication use to prevent treatment errors that could affect public health.
The campaign aims to raise awareness of the critical need to strictly follow medical instructions, verify medications before use, and educate individuals on how to handle medications and understand their uses. Together, we strive to improve community awareness of pharmacovigilance and reduce risks associated with improper medication use.
