As an initiative by Adra for Medical Conferences and Exhibitions, we launched an awareness campaign on the occasion of World No Tobacco Day, under the slogan: “Don’t Let a habit write your story’s ending” The campaign aims to encourage individuals to take the first step toward quitting smoking and to emphasize that every attempt brings them closer to success.
The campaign sheds light on the health, psychological, and economic harms of smoking, while offering practical tools and medically-based tips to help individuals begin their quitting journey with confidence and awareness. It also highlights the vital role of families and communities in supporting smokers to choose life.
At Adra, we believe that every breath is a new opportunity, and that quitting smoking is not an end, but the beginning of a healthier and safer life.
